HyComp’s capabilities in this area include extensive knowledge of injection, compression & transfer molding tool design. Using Autodesk Inventor® Solid Modeling and AutoCad® 2008 to aid in the design and a full in-house machine shop for manufacturing, HyComp is capable of producing all different types of tools including; hot runners, slides, multi-cavity, prototypes, and insert molds.
HyComp has a dedicated tool room and tool and die makers separate from our manufacturing floor allowing us to repair tools and build fixtures to meet short lead times. |
